PUTTING + CHIPPING
Take putting stats and use quantitative chipping practice to learn about your strengths and weaknesses. Study Aim Point and learn how to read greens. Use OPTI BrainTM for mental practice. The Falls 4-hole practice facility is state of the art and offers a large variety of short game shots. Practice on the Falls Par 3, which features many bunkers. Specialize in the running chip, which is the most underused shot today in modern golf.
COURSE MANAGEMENT
Spend the day on the links at Reflection Bay Golf Resort with Coach Chris. Discover strategies and take your game to the next level. What are your strengths? What are your tendencies? Record your stats and reflect how you could score better. Stay emotionally stable and study reframing. What is your “Go to shot”?
MENTAL PREP
Create weekly and monthly goals. Take assessment tests and create benchmarks for yourself. Learn breathing techniques to create a heighten awareness or calm you down. Stay levelheaded. Hydration and nutrition will be discussed.
RULES
Become proficient in the rules. Ideally the goal is to pass the PGA level 2 exam.
FITNESS
Each player will work with a trainer in a small group setting, once a week. The Sports Center boasts a yoga studio, physio, basketball court, 2 swimming pools, and a full gym. Work on flexibility, strength, power, cardio, speed and core.
MEMBERSHIP
Each player will have a Sports Center Membership, which is open 7 days a week. Each player will have access to Reflection Bay Golf Course. The Falls Private 4-hole practice facility is also available 7 days a week.
