Cost & Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. We accept SQUARE Payments and PayPal.
Hardship Withdrawal
If your child is unable to attend a course because of physical or mental debilitation or other circumstances beyond your control, and the refund deadline has passed, you may petition for a hardship withdrawal. You will need to complete a hardship withdrawal form and submit it to cmulhall@pga.com. We'll review your request and notify you in a timely manner of our decision. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Waitlist Policy
Many University ID Camps fill up quickly. If a course is full, you can add your student to the waitlist during registration. When you add your student to the waitlist, you will be charged a non - refundable $5 waitlist fee.
If your student is on the waitlist and a space becomes available, you'll get an email from Can-Am International Sports Academy (To ensure that you receive waitlist emails, we recommend that you add this address to your Safe Senders List.) You will have 48 hours to let us know if you would like the space.
If we do not hear back from you, we will offer the space to the next student and you will be removed from the waitlist.

Many adult golf camps fill up quickly. Please email Coach to secure your name on a waiting list.
Program Cancellations
Can-Am International Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel a course. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you about four weeks before the program start date, and you'll receive a full refund.
Absences
Please notify a coordinator if you/ or your student will be absent.
There are no refunds for days that students cannot attend. Substitutions – having another individual attend in your student's place – are not allowed.
Safety & Discipline
The safety of students is our highest priority. Program staff works hard to maintain an environment (including on online platforms) where students can participate in activities safely.
If behavior problems occur, the parent or guardian will be notified that day.
There are no refunds for student suspension or withdrawal due to behavior problems.
Accommodations & Disabilities
To help ensure that your student has a positive experience, please share information about any special needs that staff should know about at the time of registration. If it would be helpful, staff are available to meet with a parent or guardian to discuss special needs prior to the start of the program.

Our camps are open to all and any. This University ID Camps being held at Lake Las Vegas in Nevada is open to any student ages 10-22, preferably on the university or college pathway.
Adult Golf Camps are being held at Reflection Bay GC and The Falls Practice Center.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Notice for Can-Am International University ID Camps (“Notice”) informs parents, guardians, and participating student athletes who have reached 18 years of age (referred to as “consenting participants”) and adults participating between the ages of 19-22, about privacy practices across certain youth-oriented programs and events that are controlled and operated by Can-Am International Sports Academy.
For the purposes of this Notice, personal data is any information that identifies or can identify an individual (either on its own or when combined with other information) such as name, date of birth, level of education, the school a participant attends, or parent or guardian contact information. Personal data can exist in any format, including hard copy or paper format, electronic or digital format, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, etc.
2. Collecting and Using Personal Data
Depending on the nature of a Can-Am International Sports Camp, some or all of the personal data described in the table below may be collected and used for the purpose of providing, operating, improving, and promoting a sports camp and in certain circumstances, a Can-Am International activity or function (the “Purpose”).
If a Can-Am International Program engages in any activities in Column 3 of the table below, it will first ask for permission from a parent, guardian, or consenting participant through a separate consent form that describes the proposed data processing in more detail.
